Kinoto's tomodachi (friend)
the Kiyosato region is predominantly argicultural, which means we get to enjoy very cheap and very fresh fruits and vegetables when we are there. Most of the farms are relatively small and family owned, with the production process being less mechanized that is typical in the US.

a not so perfect transition from the grill to the plate
